Dr. Mübin Hoşnuter, who completed his compulsory service in Aksaray in 1993-94, received his expertise by specializing in the Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Department of Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine between 1994-2000.
Dr Hoşnuter, who started working as an assistant professor at Zonguldak Karaelmas (Bülent Ecevit) University in 2000, continued his career by receiving the title of Associate Professor at the same university. In 2011, he deepened his studies in this field by obtaining a hand surgery subspecialty certificate. In 2011, he was appointed as a faculty member at Izmir Katip Çelebi University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery and became a professor there.
He received his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery specialization certificate in 2013. Between 2011 and 2016, Dr. Mübin Hoşnuter, who served as the Head of İKÇÜ Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Department, Hand Surgery Department and Oral-Facial Maxillofacial Surgery Department, established an 11-bed chronic wound care center within the university. Here, qualified service was provided mainly on the care of diabetic feet, venous ulcers and bedsores. Throughout his career, Dr. Hoşnuter has carried out scientific and administrative activities such as student education, assistant training, project management, and administrative duties within the university, in addition to patient treatment. Dr. Hoşnuter, who has won first place and other degree awards in plastic surgery specialist competitions, has 67 articles published in international journals (see Pubmed.com), 46 articles published in national scientific journals and nearly 100 papers presented at scientific congresses. The number of citations to his articles is 1023 as of 2017.
